About The Club:
The Clonmel Swimming club was founded in 1992 and is a competitive swimming club catering for boys and girls ranging in ages from 7 to 18 years.  It has a membership of 110 and caters for swimmers of all abilities, from the novice to the national swimmer level. Swim trials for entry to the club are held in the Clonmel pool every 8 weeks.  See the Club Notice Board in the Clonmel Pool and local papers for up-to-date information.


Club Objective:
“The primary objective of the Clonmel Swimming Club, is to provide competent teens and pre-teen swimmers in the Clonmel area with a coaching service using a training programme, which is enjoyable physically and mentally in a safe and friendly environment socially stimulating along with providing competitive benefits to competitive swimmers as a not-for-profit charitable community service.”


Mission Statement :
“To provide children with the opportunity to develop and achieve personal bests swimmingan enjoyable, safe and friendly environment and also to and support competitive swimming where there is a desire to pursue it”.
