National Aquatic Centre Dual Fun Gala
We have arranged a Dual Fun Gala with NAC Dublin Swim Club - & Fun day on
Saturday 31st March - For All Squads - A / E, B Squads & Seals. -
Buses are leaving 8am from Clonmel Swimming Pool Club car park for the gala. We plan to be Back around 6pm.
We will have a 2 hour Gala with the NAC Swim Club then break for Lunch and finish with a Fun session with the
Water Slides, wave machine and wave blaster etc... in the Aquatic Centre pool. Please bring your packed lunch. We will also stop for something to eat on the way back Home. Cost -
€15 per swimmer.

no later than Monday 12th March to be included in this gala & club trip. Please note that you will not automatically be entered in to this gala, therefore if you do not contact Polly as requested above by
Monday 12th March so that the gala programme can be arranged and bus requirements can be confirmed we will not be able to guarantee you taking part in gala. So if you are looking for a great day out with your swimming friends contact Polly today.

Project Status Micro-Report
Currently we are very busy trying to keep up with the
over 94 suggestions you have offered as we now seek to include them the website.
This last month has seen the largest number of new features and updates to the website since development began, with
over 12 new and 13 updated features being included and spanning the entire website (see 'Website Changes' below).
Shortly the team will be sending
you a project micro-plan, so you reviewed the proposed benefits and objectives we aim achieve by the time the website is fully completed as we would very like your evaluation of the plan.
While we continue to seek further volunteers who have an interest in taking an active role in the website project, we have been successfully in adding to the project team:
1 x Web Coach
1 x Graphics Designer,
1 x Project Manager
1 x Quality Assurance
2 x Project Management
2 x Web Reporters
Next we hope to create a corporate sponsorship pack, a CSC website financial, marketing and promotional plan
to allow the website publication to become self-financing.
Feb. 2012 was the all time most successful month for the CSC website which showed real gains in ALL! website key performance indicators (see 'Website Stats' below).
We also hope to start publishing
club and project status reports in the new 'Members Only' section which is currently under construction.
